We’re all feeling the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, but it won’t impact on your experience with HiQ. We’ve safeguarded all of our centres and made them Covid secure by carefully considering how we work and creating a three-pillar system:

Be Safe – We keep you safe by adapting how we work. From social distancing to contactless payment and sanitisation to risk assessments.

Be Helpful – We carefully help you choose the perfect service and do so with new covid-secure systems: Online pricing, mobile fitting and collection & delivery also available at selected Centres.

Be Trusted – We give you the opportunity to get to know the local communities behind HiQ and leave honest feedback with Trustpilot.

We've made wearing face masks inside all HiQ centres mandatory for both staff and customers in a customer facing situation.

Sanitiser

We’ve put easy access sanitising stations across all of our centres.

Social Distancing

We’ve enforced social distancing with spaced seating and vinyl floor tiles. Plus, there’s a zero-contact policy between staff and customers.

We deep clean surfaces regularly to keep you safe and all staff are equipped with both latex gloves and work gloves for when servicing vehicles.

With these systems in place, from the moment you arrive at your local HiQ centre, until the moment you leave, we’ve done everything in our power to keep you safe. But we haven’t stopped there…

WHAT OTHER SERVICES HAVE WE IMPLEMENTED?

On top of the in-store precautions set up, we also have a range of new services and initiatives to help going forward.

Appointments Not Walk Ins – We understand that sometimes when it’s an emergency, walk ins can’t be avoided. However, to help us keep everyone safe we now work by appointments as much as possible.

Mobile Services – If you can’t get to your local Centre some of our Centres offer a specialist mobile service. Contact your local centre and enquire for more information.

Online Pricing – We’ve added an online pricing guide for quick and convenient booking. This is tailored to your nearest HiQ centre. To use it click through.

Free Vehicle Health Checks – We offer free vehicle health checks to keep you safe on the road, contact your local Centre to book.

Celebrating Local – Whether it’s donations to the NHS or just honouring key workers, we’ve been celebrating local pillars of our community.
