Two of the country’s most ambitious and dynamic automotive retail brands have collaborated to form a new strategic partnership. HiQ Tyres & Autocare has partnered with Carsa, one of the nation’s fastest growing vehicle dealerships.

The new partnership leverages HiQ’s nationwide autocare expertise and Carsa’s new dealership model, combining industry-leading vehicle maintenance, sales, and customer service under one roof.

The first two sites in the venture between HiQ and Carsa have already opened, located in Halesowen and Cannock in the West Midlands. The state-of-the-art centres offer a comprehensive range of services, including car sales, vehicle maintenance, tyre fitting and MOT testing.

The partnership represents a significant milestone in the growth strategies for both businesses and sets the stage for an ambitious future national rollout. For HiQ, the collaboration broadens its vehicle servicing market and helps to drive business in prime locations, whilst Carsa benefits from having a nationally recognised autocare brand onboard, strategically positioned to attract new and existing customers.

The strategic move solidifies the brands’ shared objective to become leaders in the automotive service and retail industry, as they aim to expand their footprint and enter high-potential regions with more dual-branded centres.

HiQ operates a nationwide network of autocare centres with more than 160 locations across the UK. Backed by Goodyear, it is renowned for its professional and seamless customer experience. Carsa has been in operation since 2020 and has grown to eight sites in that time, offering a diverse range of high-quality cars. The HiQ partnership broadens Carsa’s package to customers, including MOT and vehicle servicing.

Visham Joshi, Head of Service, Carsa, explains: “If you look at the branding and marketing that HiQ brings, it’s the perfect choice of partnership. We look forward to expanding what we do with HiQ in the future, with plans already in place to introduce more sites across the UK. As Carsa grows, the key will be attracting new customers. With HiQ, we can use the booking system, offer a brilliant service and point of sale, and increase the touchpoints with customers.”

Craig Sprigmore, Goodyear Retail Director UK & Ireland, comments on the new venture: “We’re delighted to see the first two HiQ and Carsa sites up and running in Cannock and Halesowen. It represents a fantastic opportunity for both brands to present to a broader range of customers and become more visible in the local community. The Carsa business model is a perfect example of how valued a premium retail experience is among motorists, and we are proud to see HiQ part of that growth.”
