HiQ Launches Pink October 2024 Campaign with new Pink Mobile
Thursday, 3rd October 2024
Exciting Project Pink news as October settles in; an ever-important month for bringing awareness to a cause that touches countless lives: breast cancer awareness. This year, HiQ is excited to unveil our brand-new pink service van, in support of Breast Cancer Now!
The new van, also known as ‘HiQ Hannah’ has been wrapped in a vibrant magenta, hosting both the HiQ and Breast Cancer Now logo, as well as the Just Giving page QR code as a crest. The van’s name is a homage to our very own Hannah Boyd, who will be running the 2025 London Marathon, aiding HiQ in fundraising for Breast Cancer Now.
Breast cancer affects over 600,000 people in the UK, which is why this venture is so significant to us, here at HiQ. By participating in Pink October, we not only honour those who battle with the disease but also emphasize the importance of educating and spreading awareness. Early detection can save lives, and by pushing the ‘service yourself’ appeal, we can ensure everyone knows how to take proactive steps for their health.
The HiQ Pink Van is more than just one of our service mobiles, it symbolises our efforts in raising awareness about breast cancer and supporting those affected through fundraising. The van has already hit the roads, visiting various locations in and around the county of Worcestershire, not only to service the community, but spread the message of prevention and support.
HiQ is currently 96% of the way to reaching our £150,000 goal for Breast Cancer Now, and we won’t be stopping now!
Keep an eye out for us on the road!
