WHAT IS ADBLUE USED FOR?
If you're a diesel car driver your AdBlue tank will need to be topped up between services. AdBlue is a fuel additive designed to reduce the pollutants emitted by most diesel engines.
If a warning light has appeared on your dashboard, be sure to arrange a refill with your local HiQ centre.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RUN OUT OF ADBLUE?
Running out of AdBlue can significantly increase your car's emissions and can prevent your engine from starting or result in your vehicle entering 'limp' mode (significantly limiting speed). Once your vehicle has stopped, you won’t be able to restart the engine if the AdBlue tank is empty.
