From start to finish I had an amazing experience using HiQ. When I first phoned up to book in my MOT the lady on the phone was incredibly friendly & professional which is always a nice touch. Upon taking my car I was greeted by yet another lady who was so friendly & again really professional & personable. The MOT was quick & I had my car back within 2 hours of dropping it off.
